This looks heavy but we all know it is not, but for a little guy it is awkward.

So true, jmb, so true. You know what, we got our very own TheraBall for our home use last Monday. I might be even able to use it for exercise, if I can drag myself to do just that

They use these balls (we have 5 in the center every time they come in for occupational therapy). We got one for the kids, the same size as that blue ball. Who knows, I might be able to use it for exercise, lol! Thanks for the visit, Liza

That looks kinda fun.

Using the TheraBall is fun, we got one for the kids to use at home, same size and color. Now, if only I can drag myself to use that, Thanks for the visit!
