Lunchbox Ideas: Yakiniku Beef and mushrooms

Yakiniku beef and mushrooms. I don’t really care much about exact measurements so adjusting the taste for this dish is up to the dietary requirements of the  one who will eat.

Yakiniku Beef and mushrooms

I just browned chopped garlic in a little olive oil, cooked the yakiniku beef (marinated with a little soy sauce and less sodium oyster sauce), added the sliced button mushrooms and added a dash of pepper.

Lunchboxes were empty when the children came home.

A classmate smelled the food (or tasted a bit) and said it tasted like the beef and mushroom rice being served by a popular fastfood chain.

Yey!
