Heavy TheraBand Exercise Ball
February 9, 2008 5:50 am Images, Photo Hunters, The SonThis TheraBand Exercise Ball is heavy for Julian. This is a great exercise tool, not just for the children with sensory integration problems but with heavy-weight adults too 🙂

[…] One way to remove/regulate the heavy aspect is here in our other Photo Hunt entry. […]

That’s gym ball is really good for tummy exercise 🙂
Really something new to learn that kids with sensory integration problems are using it in school.
It is good for tummy and back exercises so we got an exact size and color last Monday for home use. They children with special needs use that for their occupational therapy. Sometimes I use it too to ask my hyperactive students to sit on when we do some drills so that they won’t be fidgeting 🙂 Thanks for visiting!

Ouh I haven’t been exercising for some time. Once I was thinking of getting one of those balls too. Luckily I am still underweight. 😀
Huey, we got the same color and size of TheraBall for the kids last Monday. This is not just for people like me to use to lose, weight, there are a lot more uses and I just hope I would be able to get some benefits from it too. Thanks for the visit. 🙂

Great shot Julie and a good take on the theme.
Thanks, Carver. We got one of those TheraBall last Monday, for the kids’ use and maybe for me 😀

Maybe *I* should get one of those, too! =)
Patricia, guess what, we got the same color and size of TheraBall last Monday for the kids. I hope I can also use this for me 😀 Thanks for the visit!

That looks kinda fun. 🙂
Using the TheraBall is fun, we got one for the kids to use at home, same size and color. Now, if only I can drag myself to use that, 😉 Thanks for the visit!

Nice shot Julie! Do they do it everyday?
Take care.
They use these balls (we have 5 in the center every time they come in for occupational therapy). We got one for the kids, the same size as that blue ball. Who knows, I might be able to use it for exercise, lol! Thanks for the visit, Liza

This looks heavy but we all know it is not, but for a little guy it is awkward.
So true, jmb, so true. You know what, we got our very own TheraBall for our home use last Monday. I might be even able to use it for exercise, if I can drag myself to do just that 😀
